I got a couple clay flutes and a tunkul recently, I thought it’d be a great way to use them in a son chapin. As for the theme itself, of course I haven’t covered Miko’s theme for a long time and the first time although I hadn’t realized the briefness of the theme itself. Or rather, where the theme isn’t relying on one specific section so much. Its interesting the way it interacts because of course I converted the song to be in major key, and so it is the basis from which everything that is not the chorus turned out as.
Aa for the art, I thought giving Miko the sort of design used for the clothes for the guatemalan “baile de la conquista” would be an interesting thing to try. I also did try to use a different lineart brush just to cnange things up a bit
