Welcome to my Ramadan preparation series! In this video, i will share 10 time saving Ideas for Ramadan and also i”ll show you how to make delicious Pizza Sauce, crispy Fried Onions, flavorful Shami Kababs, Tomato Puree, refreshing Lemon Cubes, and soft Lacha Paratha.
These recipes are perfect for breaking your fast with a variety of tastes. Follow along and get ready for a flavorful Ramadan feast.

Ingredients:
Pizza Sauce
Fried Onions
Tomato Puree
Shami Kabab
Lasha Paratha
Lemon Cubes
(Include any other ingredients used in your recipes as per your taste)
Procedure:-
1: Chicken Shami Kabab
Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Channa Dal : 250 Gram
Garlic : 4 5 Small Pieces
Ginger Paste : 1 TS
Salt : To Taste
Coriander Powder : 1TS
Cumin Powder : 1 TS
Red Chili Flakes : Half TS
Potato : 2 Small Pieces
onion : 1 Medium Size
Mix all the ingredients and add 1.5 glass water and pressure to boil.
Mash the mixture with the help of Masher and make paste.
Once mixture done, make Shamim Kabab Tiki and freez.
2: Pizza Sauce:-
Oil : 2/3 TS
Garlic : 3 Piece
Onion : 1 finely Chopped
Grind 2 Tomatoes to make tomato Puree and add
Cook for 5 to 10 min on medium flame
Now add Salt(To taste) Half TS Oregno, half TS Chili Flakes, 1 TS Tamoto Paste mic well and freez.
You can use within a month
3: Tamato Puree
Add 3 TS Oil on Pan
Make tomato paste (as per requirement)
Pour on the Pan
Add 1 TS Salt and half TS Vinegar to Preserve for long time.
Fried Onion:-
Soak Onions in hot water for 15 to 20 Min, then peal it off and chop them
Heat oil in a Pan, once it hot add Onions and fry them until light brown and crispy.
You can store them and can use with in a month.
By following these ideas you can save more time in Ramadan and give enough time for Praying.
Lacha Paratha:-
Take all purpose flour as per your requirement, add half TS salt, half TS sugar and 2/3 TS oil/ghee.
Add milk to make dough,
Make Paratha and cut into small Layers, roll the layers and make Lacha Paratha by using rolling pin
How To Peal of Garlic easily?
Soak garlic in hot water for 20 Min and then you can easily peal them off, and can easily makr Garlic paste/ cubes.
