Beef or mutton mince (qeema) – ½ kg
Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium
Green chilies (chopped) – 2 to 3
Fresh coriander – ½ cup
Fresh mint leaves – ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Crushed cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Egg – 1
Oil or ghee – for frying
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
