Based in Okagaki Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, “Onigiri Kitchen Car Miho” is a mobile food truck run by 19-year-old Miho Kuroki.
Her salted rice balls, featuring about three different fillings that change daily, are 250 yen each. You can also enjoy them as a set with soup for a great deal.
She focuses on local sourcing, using ingredients like those from Munakata, and we followed Miho as she works hard toward her goal of opening a shop overseas.
