This is a video on how to fix the frozen loading screen glitch that has been happening to a lot of people on Pokémon Go. I found this out just messing around with my settings and stuff to try and get the app to work.
It seems to work on iOS but I haven't tested it on Android.
STEPS:
1. Close out of Pokémon Go completely
2. Turn on airplane mode
3. Launch Pokémon Go from the home screen
4. Wait for it to give the red banner saying GPS signal not found
5. Turn airplane mode off
6. Wait until game finishes loading
