The My Father Blue Toro is a 6x54 Parejo that sits at the center of the thrilling new line from this legendary cigar company. Blue marks My Father’s foray into Honduran tobacco; the product of a new farm sitting on nearly 900 pristine, untapped acres called La Opulencia as well as a new rolling facility. The debut features Connecticut rosado broadleaf wrapper, Honduran binder and filler comprised of corojo and criollo varietals that were handpicked from Opulencia for the project. Bold and complex, medium-full bodied in strength, the cigar is expertly constructed with luscious cold draws and a smoking experience that My Father patriarch Jose Pepin Garcia says is reminiscent of the pre-embargo era Cuban cigars that made us all fall in love with the romance of cigar smoking in the first place.
