Here's an easy way to improve your breathing habits - focus on your tongue during exercise!
If you're like me, you're more aware of your breath during workouts. Here's something I learned when I started to be more intentional with my breathing to feel better during the day and sleep better at night.
Ideally, you should be nasal breathing as much as possible. Focusing on doing this during the day can improve the chances of you breathing better during sleep.
If you find it difficult to keep your tongue on the roof or your mouth and/or breathe through your nose at during wake or sleep, talk to your doctor about options to open up your airway!
