The heart of the SurePress L-6534VW Digital Label Press is Epson's PrecisionCore line head.

In conjunction with the printer’s narrow platen gap, it delivers precise droplet placement and excellent registration, the keys to consistently high quality.

Its LED pinning system helps deliver finer tonal gradation and sharper images by semi-curing and stabilizing the ink with UV light as it is applied, controlling ink spread. The result is sharper dots and a sharper image.

Epson's new generation commercial inkjet label press with LED UV curing ink, the SurePress L-6534VW, enables reliable and repeatable high-speed printing of more than 1.5 million ft/month. Its new generation PrecisionCore® linehead, center drum system, and Epson-developed pinning technology controls the range of ink scattering and realizes ultra sharp dots and incredibly thin lines.

The digital print press delivers a wide color gamut, great tonal gradation using fewer colors and saving you money. The high-opacity white ink can be reverse printed. With digital varnish ink, both a gloss or matte finish spot varnish is available on the same label.

Crucially, automation of the label press, including automatic maintenance of the inkjet nozzle, keeps productivity high, total cost of ownership low, and press operation simple.
