ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Erin Thorp is a speaker, author, and coach who helps leaders integrate empathy into their leadership approach, especially under pressure. Creator of the Tactical Empathy podcast and author of Inside Out Empathy, she provides actionable insights through keynotes and workshops that transform team dynamics. Her career started with over 20 years in engineering and construction after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary. Since 2017 she has been speaking, coaching, and training leaders, organizations, and teams on how to harness empathy as their greatest leadership tool.
