In this vlog, I’ll take you on a journey full of flavors, traditions, and relaxing moments through the north of Portugal!
We start at Tamis Restaurant, in Entre-os-Rios, a charming spot where great food meets the calm of the river. Then we head to Pedorido, with its little chapel surrounded by greenery, a perfect place for picnics and family gatherings. We continue to the miners’ statues, a symbolic way of keeping the region’s history alive.
Later, we sat down at Camelo Restaurant in Portuzelo, a beautiful country estate known for its Minho gastronomy and warm atmosphere. Then we went to Viana do Castelo, where we visited the Costume Museum of Viana and discovered the richness of its local traditions.
We ended the day by the sea, in Gaia, at the Daikiri esplanade in Madalena, the perfect place to relax at sunset. And of course, there had to be a bike ride by the seaside, because there’s nothing better than feeling the ocean breeze while cycling along the Atlantic.
A day filled with delicious food, culture, landscapes, and simplicity, everything that makes Portugal so special.
