How to make Smoked Breakfast Fatty | iQ Barbecue 4K

This Smoked Breakfast Fatty will definitely wake you up in the morning... or at any time of the day.
In this video, I'll be sharing this mouth-watering breakfast recipe that anyone will enjoy. Lets get to it!
Ingredients:
1 lb bacon (14) slices
1 lb breakfast sausage
1/4 cup diced ham
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 cup yellow onion
1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sesame oil SPG to taste
1 cups of coarse black pepper
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/8 cup smoked paprika
1/8 cup granulated garlic
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp white sugar
Recipe:
Begin by dicing bell pepper, onion and ham and sauté in oil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Place 7 strips of bacon horizontally and then weave in 7 additional strips vertically onto a piece of parchment paper. Separate eggs (whites and yolks). Add cornstarch to 2 tbsp of water and mix. Then add mixture and sesame oil to egg whites and whisk until foamy. Fold in egg yolks to whites and season with SPG. Pour eggs into pan over medium heat and cook just until they are no longer runny. Put sausage on parchment paper and flatten until it is large enough to nearly cover bacon. Place sausage over bacon. Next spoon vegetables, ham and eggs over sausage and add cheese to the top. Make sure you don’t overfill! Holding one end of the parchment paper roll up and don’t forget to tuck in the ends. Place in your smoker or oven at 275 degrees F for 75 minutes or until the internal temperature of the sausage reaches 160 degrees F. Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2” thin pieces and ENJOY!
