Hello everyone, It’s Abhijit here, 4th year ELP (Experiential Learning Programme) student from College of Agriculture, Central Agricultural University, Imphal.
In this video I tried to show all the steps regarding Potato Dextrose Agar(PDA) Media preparation, which is solid media, used for fungus culture. And special thanks to Aina & Rinchin, they did extra work for my video 😇
Materials required:
1. Distilled water - 1000ml
2. Sliced peeled potato - 200g
3. Dextrose- 20g
4. Agar - 20g
