WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR BREATHING!

Have you lost your natural in-born way of breathing? If you have or are not sure this video will help you learn the ins and outs of proper and improper breathing while at rest and while you are actively chasing your dream.
Our breathing has evolved over the millennia however most people have completely disconnected with their innate breathing mechanism. This disconnection can be the cause or at least a contributing factor to acute (new) low back injuries and chronic (long term) reoccurring low back issues. It can also lead to overall spinal stiffness predominately in the mid, upper back and neck. It can also negatively affect digestion and even contribute to elevated levels of stress or anxiety, in addition to performance at work, at home and in between.
By the end of this video you will discover:
1. How you were born to breathe by looking at a baby’s breathing pattern
2. How our breath changes when we shift from stress to relaxation states by viewing UFC fighters
3. How to diagnose yourself as a proper or improper breather while lying, seated, standing and during activity
4. The 3 biological tanks for breathing for maximum oxygenation and how they can be used independently and sequentially during exercise / excursion
5. Home exercises using a balloon and inspirometer to help you practice exhalation and inhalation respectively to aid the transition from improper to proper breathing.
In the end you will ultimately understand the subtle but significant difference between a diaphragmatically adapted breather and a diaphragmatically un-adapted breather.
If you have lost the connection to your natural inborn way of breathing this video will help you on your journey back to becoming diaphragmatically re-adapted.
