HAMITRONIK - 16 Step Linear Comparator LM324

Описание: Utilize one of the functions of the op-amp as comparator. At this time using LM324 (Quad Op-Amp).

17 fixed resistors with the same value are arranged in series with the aim of getting 16 voltage levels with linear properties. A trimmer resistor (the blue trimmer at the top of the PCB) was added to the circuit for fine tuning purpose. This linear voltage is then fed to each non-inverting input of the op-amp. Inverting input are all connected into one node and become the input path for the signal to be compared with the comparator circuit.

In addition, the peak detector circuit converts the PWM signal into a DC signal, where the change in pulse width on PWM will also change the DC signal value.
