This video shows step process on rivetless nutplate with an internal adhesive fixture. The fixture keeps the joint under constant pressure during the adhesive cure and ensures a consistent bond line thickness.
1) Surface prep, solvent wipe
2) Remove protective tape
3) Apply adhesive
4) Activate fixture by pulling fixture through fastner hole in substrate to seat nutplate and extrude adhesive bonline
5) After adhesive has cured, remove fixture from nutplate and discard
