Today I talk about the Raphael gloves from CHFG, the Chinese Historic Fencing Guild who also make the Gabriel Gloves and Michael Gloves. In short, these may be the best budget HEMA clamshell gloves on the market, priced at about $170 AUD and protective and mobile enough to last your whole HEMA life if you wanted ultra budget, no frills gear.
