Kozhukattais using Easy modak moulds!

Описание: Kozhukattais using easymould.. store bought kozhukattai flour- brand naga. Using it for the first time. The moulds are fabulous.. usually we at home are used to making good kozhukattais using our fingers. But i saw @malathy.ajay ‘s post and decided to order the mould. Usually this is our impression about any mould. Moulds give a thick covering.. like those in the shops. Im glad in this mould i was able to adjust the thickness, i would call it a technique to be learnt but its not tough.. the page @easymodak suggested different methods but for me using a plastic cover dint work much for me. Applying oil on both sides and directly adding the flour gave me best results. This video has my amateur attempts but within 3 tries i had perfect modaks.
