✨ Dahi ke Kebab Recipe (Vermicelli/Kunafa Crusted)
📝 Ingredients
Hung curd – 1 cup
Grated paneer – ½ cup
Finely chopped onion – 2–3 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Caramelised onion – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Vermicelli/Kunafa – for coating
Oil – for shallow or deep frying

👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Prepare the Kebab Mixture
1. In a mixing bowl, add:
Hung curd
Grated paneer
Onion
Ginger-garlic paste
Mint & coriander leaves
Caramelised onion
Salt & black pepper
2. Mix everything well to form a smooth, thick mixture.
2️⃣ Shape the Kebabs
3. Take small portions of the mixture.
4. Roll into a ball and gently flatten to make kebab shapes.
3️⃣ Coat with Vermicelli/Kunafa
5. Spread vermicelli or kunafa on a plate.
6. Roll each kebab over it so it coats evenly and becomes crunchy on the outside.
4️⃣ Fry the Kebabs
7. Heat oil in a pan.
8. Shallow-fry or deep-fry the kebabs on medium heat until golden and crispy.
