This series is meant to be a foundational series, meaning that it is appropriate for all levels of students but particularly helpful to the student new to Yin Yoga specifically.
In our “Deepen Your Practice and Developing Mastery” levels of Yin classes, there is usually less talking, a more meditative quality and we generally hold the poses for a longer period of time.
In this series, I will be talking more, giving more suggestions and variations for poses on how to keep your body safe and thriving, and we will be holding the poses for shorter amounts of time.
This series is meant to be used post workout/exercise or on a rest day.
These videos will all be around 20-30 minutes with a different focus for each class to leave you well rounded if you choose to rotate through all the classes. If you know you have an area that is tighter than another, you may choose to give priority to that video/focus.
