In this video, I am sewing Simplicity S9849 a 1950s vintage reproduction pattern with a spooky, Halloween-inspired twist! From cutting the fabric to adding the final stitches, I'm going to show you the process of brininig this vintage look to life with a modern, gothic vibe.
This pattern really cought my eye with how the shape of the dress fits the waist and how the neckline has a fancy pleted overlap thingy.lol. Love it so much! So then I knew it would be great for a spooky makeover. Ready with my Halloween materials to transform this 1950s design into the perfect Halloween dress for any spooky occasion.
