Emerts Cove Covered Bridge Trail
We discovered a beautiful back road bike trail that leads to a romantic covered bridge near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It is paved and flat with no hills and no vehicle traffic to speak of. We encountered zero cars on this weekday bike ride. Watch the video and come along and enjoy all the sights and sounds with us. It is about 7 miles round trip, but there are a network of other trails that connect to this main trail.

Directions:
We parked in the first parking lot on the right, just inside the Great Smoky Mountains - “Greenbrier Trail” Head entrance and then rode our bikes directly across Highway 321 onto Hills Creek Road. We then biked on this road for about 3 miles to the Emerts Cove covered bridge. It is such a beautiful ride, you will love it.
