What’s explained in this video:

Background: Jaecoo J5 & J7 is launched by Pakistan’s richest person via Nishat Group, aiming to compete directly with Havel at a competitive price point.
Key Advantage: The car has already been tested and sold for years in China (millions of units), so reliability isn’t a concern for Pakistan.
Ownership: Nishat Power & Nishat Chunian Power own only 33% of the Jaecoo brand. Wealth creation and car profits will be split not a pure play.

Core Question: If you have 70 lakhs (PKR) should you buy a Jaecoou J5 car or buy 70 lakhs worth of Jaecoo/Nishat shares?

Simple Answer:
If you need a car (especially a 2nd car for use) → Buy the car.
If you have useless/extra money and don’t need another car → Buy shares.
If you already have 2-3 cars and 70 lakhs is surplus → Invest only a portion (10-20%) in Equities not 100%.
