🧠 I found the missing link behind brain fog, ADHD-like symptoms, dizziness, and “dysregulated” nerves.
🦴 Why care about the neck? Because your brain’s performance depends on three systems syncing:
👀 Eyes + 🦴 Neck proprioception + 🎢 Vestibular/cerebellum
When they’re out of sync, your brain runs “off-timing” → you feel slow, foggy, dizzy, disconnected.
🫁 Here’s the neurophysiology in plain English:
Your brainstem integrates eye–neck–vestibular signals to keep you oriented and calm.
The neck supplies constant position data; if that signal is weak/noisy (forward head, deconditioned deep neck flexors), the brainstem works harder and stability drops.
Autonomic control lives here too: neck vessels contain baroreceptors for BP, and vagal pathways help set heart rate. If the neck system is out of tune, people can feel air hunger, HR swings, “POTS-like” symptoms, anxious spikes—classic dysautonomia patterns.
👉 Comment and let me know. Should I make a step-by-step video of the exact neck–eye–vestibular routine I use for dysautonomia, POTS-like symptoms, dizziness, and brain fog?
PS: I am not selling anything or affiliate with them.
⚠️ Educational only, not medical advice. Skip neck loading if you have acute injury, vascular disorders, or unexplained neurological symptoms—get cleared by a clinician first.
