Strategy to catch:
I recommend to use the Master ball on Mesprit.

Requirement:
You do not need the National Pokedex for this.

How to get there:
• Leave Mom's House
• Go see Dawn and Professor Rowan
• Show the professor your pokedex
• You must register 210 pokemon "seen" (not "caught")
• Battling all trainers and with a bit of trading you can do this
• Obtain the National Pokedex
• Obtain the Pokeradar
• Travel to Jubilife City
• Go to the Poketch Company
• Talk to the president
• Obtain the MemoPad
• Obtain the Poketch
• Exit Jubilife City
• Go to Lake Verity
• Enter the cavern
• Meet Mesprit
• Chase Mesprit and DO NOT USE FLY
• Use the Poketch Map and track the pokemon
• Go to Sandgem Town
• Move Between Route 202 and Sandgem Town
• Using the Poketch Map make the Pokemon face appear in the Route 202
• Use the black flute and a high level pokemon
• Go in the grass and find Mesprit
• Catch Mesprit (Lv50)
• Use the Masterball in the 1st turn or it will run away
• Travel to Pastoria City
• Make your way to Lake Valor
• Enter the cavern
• Meet Azelf
• Catch Azelf (Lv50)
• Travel to Snowpoint City
• Make your way to Lake Acuity
• Enter the cavern
• Meet Uxie
• Catch Uxie (Lv50)
• Return to Snowpoint City
• Go to the Pokemon Center and Rest
