Dinesh Mishra, the lawyer for Atul Subhash, a Bengaluru techie who died by suicide, expressed regret over his death and said Atul should have informed them about his issues. Mishra also mentioned that the court's decision to award Rs. 40,000 in maintenance for Atul's child could have been challenged if it seemed too high. Atul Subhash, 34, a deputy general manager at a private company, took his own life on Monday. Originally from Uttar Pradesh, he had been living in Bengaluru. Before his death, he left a 24-page suicide note, accusing his wife, her family, and a judge of causing his distress. He claimed they were responsible for instigating his suicide, harassment, extortion, and corruption.
