In an exciting initiative to promote healthier living amongst children, the Leeds Rhinos Foundation has teamed up with our Official Health Partner, @nuffieldhealth to deliver a series of engaging and educational assemblies in schools across Leeds.
Through interactive activities, children are introduced to essential concepts of Nutrition, Physical Activity, Hydration, Sleep and Personal Hygiene, with the aim of encouraging these habits early on in their lifetimes.
