Vertical Batch freezer SM-GVL for manufacturing Gelato, Sorbet, Natural/Fresh fruit, Premium Ice cream.
The addition of Ingredients (Fruits, Nuts, etc.) with various levels of consistency ( any time in between the running cycle of the Ice Ceram production cycle) is possible without interfering with the machine operation (i.e. Ice Cream production process).
LCD Display for operational information.
Four Preset Modes for easy operations: time, gelato, sorbet, natural ice cream mode.
Reversible shaft rotation for homogeneous ingredient mixing and faster extraction.
Overrun is adjustable with a variable speed motor.
Automatic consistency control for the production cycle.
variable electronic consistency control for product consistency under varying loads.
Production cycle time is 12 to 13 minutes, so four batches per hour.
