How to fix "Android Studio Emulator: VK_VERSION_1_1 check failed" for RX Graphics card

Описание: One day, I am going to run Android virtual device of Android studio on AMD CPU Ryzen 3 3600 with RX 470 Graphics card. First time, I can't install HAXM on AMD CPU with Android Studio and I can't create AVD in Android studio. After searching on Internet, I found that there was a new Android studio version that called "Carany" which could support Hardware Acceleration for AMD CPU. Then I tried to install Android studio Carany with Hyper-V enabled. I could create AVD. Then I started turning on AVD and got new issue "VK_VERSION_1_1 check failed". It was absolutely VULKAN issue. I didn't know what was wrong with my graphic drivers for RX470. So I decided to make a workaround to disable vulkan. Then AVD worked like a charm!
