This was as close to outdoor cooking as I could get today however, corned beef is one of my favorite dishes but I hardly make it due to cost. Whenever I cook it though it's always worth it. I made some fried green and semi ripe pressed plantains to go with it which I enjoyed eating a lot. This dish is very simple, you just need a can of corned beef and some good Jamaican herbs and spices.
