Strength Based Vinyasa Class with Savvas Giantsis

Описание: Join Savvas Giantsis and the yogis from House of Yoga in Athens for this full-length strength-based vinyasa class. Be warned though this is no walk in the park and you should definitely not attempt it if you are carrying any injuries, particularly around the shoulder or if you are not feeling 100%
The class is in Savvas's native tongue, which is Greek, but actually, I think it is still easy to follow along with. I have purposely filmed this in a way to include the students as much as possible because quite often we see a class led by a teacher that makes everything look so easy when for many of us that is not the case. Hopefully, you will find this inspiring as you join their struggle with some of these challenging combinations.
Savvas teaches this style class once a month and many of his regular ashtanga students turned out for this one. A massive thank you to them for being up for the filming and sharing their journey with you. And a bucket of respect for how well they did.
