If fiat currency is a risk, the rails of that currency system are also a risk. Overleveraged banks are the end rails of the fiat system, which is becoming increasingly fragile in aggregate due to insolvencies. After a wave of bank failures in the US (and Europe) last year, every bitcoiner running a business should be investing in rails to accept bitcoin as payment. Bitcoin payment rails provide redundancy to fiat rails and derisk the future, while future bank failures are inevitable in the fiat system and present critical risk to businesses.
