Описание: In this peaceful spring forest, I slow-cooked a whole beef shank over open fire. After collecting firewood and setting up camp, I seasoned the meat with garlic and spices, simmered it with herbs, and wrapped it in foil to hang it over the fire. Fresh vegetables and homemade bread baked in coals completed the sandwich. At the end, I shared the meal with two kind wild dogs who joined me in the heart of nature.
