Описание: Here's our exploration of Miners Run, a tributary of Rock Run, in the McIntyre Wild Area of the Loyalsock State Forest. This exploration occurred in May of 2023, roughly a year after the first time we explored Miners Run. The stream is incredible - waterfalls dropping through huge amphitheaters of fractured rock, glacially-rounded boulders strewn about the gorge, at least eight beautiful waterfalls, each unique in how they've carved out the valley. There are more cascades and small falls above the Eighth Falls, and I'll add them when I get back out there to hike Miners Run again. This is my favorite waterfall hike in all of the Loyalsock State Forest! Enjoy!
