This Sniper Elite 5 game guide video shows how to complete the Kill List objective in mission 4 (War Factory) - Matthaus Ehrlich. Killing him using a Rat Bomb will be rewarded with a bonus weapon - M.Pist.44.
It's extremely important that you collect the rat bomb from the resistance hideout at the beginning of the mission, because you can't do that later.
Reach the designated area in the factory. Wait for Matthaus to move to the second room and place the rat bomb in one of 3 available spots. You can also unlock the side door to the building. Stand next to the rat bomb and whistle to make the kill list target go there. Sneak up to him from the other side, aim at the rat bomb and shoot at it to detonate it. The explosion must kill Ehrlich for the challenge to succeed.
