Genmax GM7500aIED in Parallel - Rheem 2 ton AC - No soft start. Will it do it?

Описание: Hey everyone! So today, being the nice day that it is, I hooked up the generators to the house for their quarterly run. Earlier I had run the Rheem 5 ton heat pump (with AirGo soft start), the clothes dryer, and the water heater...just not at the same time. I thought I would just test the smaller Rheem 2 ton unit, that runs the upstairs, and see what would happen without the soft start. That unit has an LRA of 58 amps and an RLA of 13 amps. As you will see in the video it was a success!

Great pair of generators! Remember the benefits of working with a PAIR of dual fuel inverter generators like these on propane: A single produces 5,500 running watts @ 240v (23 amps) and 11,000 running watts @ 240v (46 amps). A pair of these are currently $1800 shipped (plus tax) compared to other 11kw generators at the $2,000 to $2,600 mark and you drop down your running power between 8kw to 8.5kw. This is a huge reason I went with the pair versus a larger single...along with redundancy.
