This video shows the Evolution of the Legednary Beast Trio of the Johto Region.
-In Gold/Silver all the Beasts are Roaming at LV.40 after the encounter in the Burned Tower. In Crystal however, you will need to encounter Suicune a few times in Johto before you can finally get to battle it in Tin Tower.

-In FireRed/LeafGreen you can only capture one per game depending on the starter you choose. If you choose Bulbasuar - Entei, Squrtle - Raikou, Charmander - Suicune. The Beasts will be roaming at Lv.50 and will flee. They will appear once you beat the Elite 4 and obtain the National Dex.

-In HeartGold/SoulSilver it's similar to Crystal, Raikou and Entei will roam at Lv.40 after the Burned Tower Encounter, and Suicune will be followed a few times until you reach Route 25 where you can battle. If you defeat it or flee, just beat the Elite 4 and Suicune will appear at the Burned Tower.

-In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire all the beasts can be caught once you have captured Lugia or Ho-oh and have them in your party. Trackless Forest should appear in the overworld. Use the Eon Flute to get there. Raikou will show from the first 20 min of the hour, Entei will show 20-39, and Suicune will show from 40-59.

-Lastly in Ultra Sun/ Ultra Moon, you can catch either Raikou in Ultra Sun and Entei in Ultra Moon. Both are in Green
Wormholes. If you have both in your party, you can catch Suicune in a Blue wormhole. All beasts are Lv.60
