Under this agreement, NIO granted Forseven a non-exclusive, non-transferrable worldwide license to utilize its existing and future technical information, solutions, software, and intellectual property rights related to smart electric vehicle platforms. Forseven will leverage these technologies for the development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales services of Forseven-branded vehicles.
