There are many attractive neighborhoods in Istanbul, but 'Ataşehir' is one of the most attractive neighborhoods in Istanbul, which is really a luxurious and attractive neighborhood in terms of residents and everything you can think of.

Actually, the Asian side of Istanbul is very different from its European side in many ways. Ataşehir is a district located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, it is surrounded by the districts of Kadıköy in the southwest, Üsküdar in the west, Ümraniye in the north, Sancaktepe in the east and Maltepe in the southeast. The population of the district in 2022 is 423,127 and has 17 neighborhoods. Since 2023, Ataşehir is home to the Istanbul Financial Center (IFC), where the new headquarters of the state-owned Turkish banks, such as the Turkish Central Bank, Ziraat Bank, VakıfBank and Halkbank, are located.

Atasehir is one of the most futuristic-looking districts in Istanbul. Most buildings in Ataşehir are high-rise towers, while some of them (especially around the main public squares in the district) are among Istanbul's and Turkey's tallest skyscrapers. With skyscrapers of unusual design (such as Varyap Meridian Buildings or "Nidakule Ataşehir Kuzey" or even KentPlus Buildings) and parks, with wide avenues, super modern Metropole and Watergarden shopping malls and perfectly smooth roads around the neighborhood, Atasehir is really that comfortable to live there. This neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You don't see many foreigners here, but the locals are really nice and friendly.
