Founded by Chad Houser in Dallas, Texas, the program has achieved remarkable results, including reducing dropout rates and helping youth get back on track to graduate. Through @momentumadvisoryco and with the support of @StandTogetherCC, Café Momentum is now expanding to other cities like Nashville, which has one of the highest incarceration rates in the country. Through pop-up dinners and building community relationships, Café Momentum aims to create a more supportive ecosystem for these young people and change the conversation around youth justice in America.
