to prepare garri you ñeed
Cassava tubers
oil
peel the Cassava then grater it
put the grattered Cassava inside a bag or big kitchen cloth then tie it firmly to squeeze the water out of the garri
when all the water is squeezed out and the cassava gets dry fry the garri.
put a skillet on the fire add in a little bit of oil then warm the oil up and add in some grattered Cassava
mixe it with the oil then fry at midium to high heat.fry until the grattered Cassava gets dry then take it off the fire
