High-Speed Heavy Duty Paper Corrugation Machine with the option of roller with Automatic Motorized lifting flute roll set of the fingerless single facer cutter machine. The total change over time between one set to the second set of flute rollers with a total setting time of a maximum 20 min. This machine is capable to run on electrical heaters/thermic fluid heaters or on steam. These machines are designed to run at a maximum speed of 30 - 100 meters. Imino as per the roller dia selected.
Our company designed quality-based products with long-lasting strength. This model is similar to 70-0BL but all rollers are mounted with bearings in place of P.Bronze bushes for running at more speed (app. 30 meters per minute) with more heat.
