We have been fed a version that we are rational, logical beings and in control of our decisions. What if this sin't fully true? We have a better chance of solving complex behavioural challenges if we understand what really drives our behaviour.
Ram Prasad is a co-founder of Final Mile Consulting, a consulting company founded on the precepts of Behavioural Sciences & Design.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
