Описание: In this Excel tutorial, we look at how to create a time tracking sheet for employee hours worked and to track vacation time, or PTO, for an hourly employee.

We’ll go over how you can calculate vacation time earned per hour worked by your employee and how you can track their PTO as they continue to work more hours and use vacation time.

In the example in this tutorial, the employee's vacation benefit is 80 hours or 2 weeks per year. They can earn more or less than that based on the number of hours worked.

Please keep in mind that each business is different and there are many ways that you can award vacation time to your employees. This tutorial is meant to help you understand how you can make an employee vacation tracker, but you’ll still need to adapt it to your situation.

While I absolutely love using Excel, it can take a bit of work and requires attention to detail. You’ll also need to collect timesheets from your employees and keep up with PTO requests and revisions.
