not enough intensity
too heavy or too light of weight used
bad exercise selection
Why it matters
In order to have a better experience, optimize goals, and aim for longevity, the “want” to do and be better every week is crucial to keep us grounded and motivated.
Put simply, if a person doesn’t have the motivation to be better they won’t and will ultimately stop training.
