Scripture reminds us again and again that this return would not be accidental or political alone, but deeply spiritual. The Lord declares, “I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all the countries, and bring you into your own land” (Ezekiel 36:24). What the prophets saw from afar, we are witnessing with our own eyes in our generation.

Every single month, Beit Hallel has the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of new Jewish immigrants who have made aliyah to Israel. They arrive from places like Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, and other nations — often carrying stories of war, loss, instability, and uncertainty. Some fled active conflict. Others escaped economic collapse or rising antisemitism. Many simply felt a deep, undeniable pull in their hearts to return home.

Most arrive with very little. Some come with only one suitcase. Almost all arrive with questions: How will we survive? Where do we begin? Will anyone help us?

Because of you, they do not face those questions alone.

Through your faithful generosity, Beit Hallel is able to welcome these new immigrants in practical and meaningful ways. We provide food, clothing, household items, and essential aid — but just as importantly, we offer dignity, kindness, and human connection. For many, Beit Hallel is one of the very first places in Israel where they feel truly seen and embraced.

This is not only humanitarian work. It is holy work.

When we help new immigrants establish their lives in the Land, we are participating in the restoration of Israel itself. We are helping prepare the soil — not only of the land, but of hearts — for spiritual renewal and revival. As Isaiah wrote,

“You shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in” (Isaiah 58:12).

Recently, we captured short video testimonies from some of the immigrants you are helping. Their words are simple, but deeply moving:

“We came from Ukraine… thank you to Beit Hallel and to the donors for supporting us.”
“I arrived with only one suitcase… and here they are saving me.”
“We fled the war… and here we were warmly welcomed.”
“Thank you very much to the donors. Thank you to Beit Hallel.”

These are not scripted messages. They are expressions of gratitude from people who have been met at one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
