Описание: I get a bunch of these things in and out of my possession 24 seven and I’ve never seen one like this. The fabric is really weird for a snowflake spinning. Snowman and the construction is more like a knock off rather than a produce spinner. Another difference that I didn’t know in the video is he is physically mounted onto his base. Crooked. Looks like the holes were hand drilled. Pretty odd but also pretty cool. After closer inspection on the circuit it has a 2003 IC on a 04 board. This is a late 2003 early 2004 probably used to test new and cheaper materials.
