Ever been doing rigorous workout after giving birth and still have a big pooch? Maybe you have a diastasis recti, a gap remaining between the muscles where baby was which needs to be closed.
WHY I STARTED THIS JOURNEY
In this series I will be sharing my journey to healing my own gap with the help of the Mummy Tummy Guide created by physiotherapist and pelvic floor specialist Kimberly Hoffman, "the women's health physio". This move is a part of my health and wellness journey that I have been on to get more energy in order to perform at my best to provide for myself, my baby and those around me. In each video I will show a few of the exercises I do on a daily basis, how the mummy tummy guide works, foods I am eating etc. My aim is to become more consistent in everything I do, especially taking care of the only body I got to fulfil whatever purpose I was put on earth to do. It is not a race, it is a marathon of nurturing patience and self love. I hope that you can join me and this may inspire you to make that next step in healing your own diastasis recti if you have one or any other part of your life that you are working on.
