TYT UVL-15W APRS Set Up - No PC Needed!

Описание: Wanted to provide the information on how I was able to set up APRS on the UVL-15W. When I bought the radio I didn't get a cable and forgot to add it to my order.

When I first tried the APRS feature, I wasn't able to receive the packets on another radio locally. After doing some experimenting and changes I was able to receive packets from the UVL-15W on my Yaesu FT-2D.
