This was our very first time harvesting potatoes straight from the land, and we thought it would be fun to capture the whole process on camera. There's something special about seeing the fruits of your labour turn into a meal and for us, this was a perfect way to celebrate the season.
This video, we dig into the soil, uncover our potato harvest, and show how it becomes part of our Christmas lunch. It's just one of the many little projects we're working on, and we excited to share these moments.
