Social anxiety can be crippling autism and social anxiety go hand-in-hand. Social anxiety is this overwhelming feeling of uncertainty around other people and social situations.

It can be during a social interaction like a gathering of friends or a trip to the pub or restaurant. But it can also be things like travelling to another country or getting on a bus or a train.

There are social anxiety medication you can take but I have not tired that yet. And I am not sure that these get rid of social anxiety symptoms.

Social anxiety causes lots of disruption in peoples lives and professional work, it can be quite debilitating

Social anxiety can be quiet disabling for people when they choose to not go out to do something because social anxiety is overwhelming.

By knowing what makes your social anxiety worse is the key to understanding how to deal with it better. If going to large supermarkets on busy times makes it worse and avoid them at the busy times and got the less busy times.
